Our experienced Customer Support Team is the main point of contact for all incoming calls and customer communication. They enter customer orders onto our ERP system and handle general enquiries. If requirements are more complex, they will guide customers to our internal sales team to assist. Product Managers are also available to handle technical enquiries. Our warehouse area covers 1,000sqm and includes 8 vertical lifts providing automated storage and retrieval of most products. They provide a storage area 18 times larger than their 10sqm footprint and maximise our available space. These lifts, together with high rise pallet racking for larger components, ensure stock is handled with a high level of efficiency and accuracy to meet customer demands. Our systems and processes are regularly reviewed and updated to optimise the service we offer to our customers.
