Dear Colleagues, We would like to invite you to participate in the poster competition organized by Octaphi Operations Management Club. This event is open for all Management students. The theme of the event is to display the futuristic thought on green supply chain on topics described in the guideline in a poster form. This poster should be able to describe the “Supply Chain: Perspective�. All participants need to mail their posters for evaluation. The first and second winning team will receive a cash prize of Rs.2000 and Rs.1000 respectively. Top five teams will receive participation certificate. We look for your enthusiastic participation!! Yours faithfully, V. Vinay Raju (9050423191) Rohit Rajpal (9050485724) PARTICIPATION RULES AND REGULATION 1. Maximum two members per team can register for the competition. 2. Both members of a team should be of same school. 3. Posters can be mailed from 21st September, 2013 to 23rd September, 2013 midnight i.e. till 11:59PM. 4. Registration for participation is free of charge. However, the participant needs to fill the registration form and submit it till 11.59 pm on 20th September 2013. 5. Participants need to submit a general form of poster showing the waste management system a supply chain perspective on the following topics: a. WATER MANAGEMENT b. HOUSEHOLD WASTE c. PLASTIC AND PAPER WASTE d. E- WASTE e. Any Topic (Must be relevant to waste management through supply chain perspective) 6. The e-copy of the poster should be mailed to: octaphi@jgu.edu.in on or before 23rd September, 2013. It must be sent in .pdf (or) .jpeg format. 7. Nomenclature for file name: Schoolname_TeamName 8. The faculty of JGU would do the assessment for the poster. 9. The results will be announced on 24th September 2013. 10. The full list of top 5 selected posters will be put up on: Octaphi Facebook page & Octaphi Blog 11. Two cash prizes will be awarded. First prize is for Rs.2, 000 and the second prize is Rs.1, 000. Top 5 participants will receive a certificate.
