First time I heard about egg coffee and it was better than what I thought about EGGS

You don't know how special my Vietnamese Cafe is. Can you imagine eggs and coffee combined? I myself was quite surprised when I heard about Egg coffee.

The first feeling I ordered this dish had to say was unexpected. How can you put eggs in coffee? So strange I can't believe it. And then I had to try. In front of me it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.

The feeling is a bit strange at first, the aroma of eggs has just added the smell of coffee, this blend is strange but it’s delicious.

The layer of egg foam it beat is smooth, fragrant, it seems that the egg is not as fishy as I thought.

Since when did the egg coffee cup have no more drops, behind that layer of eggs are coffee drops waiting for me to enjoy them.

I later found out about this egg coffee, which was surprising when it came from the North of Vietnam. I can briefly tell you it originated from Giang cafe. At that time, the North had quite a lot of chicken eggs, so the owner of the cafe tried using beaten egg whites and used it in combination with coffee. The yellow yolk is mixed with coffee to create a natural fatty taste.

I feel like I’m pretty sure it’s worth a try when coming to Vietnam.
