"HEY" FROM REY Dear AIESEC New Zealand It is with my greatest pleasure that I welcome each and every member of the country to AutCo 2015. My earliest memory of my first conference was arriving at the venue in Waikato for AutCo 2012 and being thrust into a room full of 100 delegates line dancing to Tunak Tunak. I had no idea of the concept behind line dancing or why so many people in one room were torrentially gushing with enthusiasm and passion at 9 o’clock in the morning. As I came to realise across the next 5 days (and each subsequent conference) AIESECers are fuelled by an insatiable desire to do more and be more - and that underlying passion is both magnetic and infectious. Conference is the perfect environment to provide everyone with the opportunity to share their experiences, their failures, their successes, their plans, their ideas, their visions, their deepest insights and more. It fosters openness, but also that daring nature that makes us AIESECers. And in amongst all the planning, reflection and sessions, it cultivates new networks of connections, and friendships across the country. Conference embodies what we believe here in AIESEC about enjoying what we do, creating new leaders, challenging the status quo, understanding others and creating a sustainable change for the future. After all, a society without diversity is a stagnant one – and we are better than stagnation!

With the last lap of GEN 2015 ahead, AutCo 2015 will be insanely important to motivate ourselves for that final sprint over the line. It aims to inspire, to motivate, to challenge, to build, but most of all to provide every hard-working AIESECer in the country with the chance to let loose and have fun! So it is with a warm heart and open arms that I, on behalf of OCNZ15, invite you all to join us for the conference that aims to ensure each and every delegate has the greatest, liveliest and most spectacular time imaginable!
