Gastronomic & cultural Scavenger hunt
The cultural scavenger is a different way of getting to know the town of Sitges, its culture and its traditions, as well as a new way of making contact with the locals.

Are you a fan of wine & tapas? The group will be divided into different teams, each one of them with its respective “survival pack” in which they will find all the necessary materials to take part in the game. Each of the competing teams receives a set of instructions and a treasure map of Sitges. The game starts: the route in the centre of the town, its old quarter and the most important museums and buildings, also find the designated bars and meet there the “Food personality” who will assign you with a task. That will of course include wine or tapas tasting. Duration: 1:30 hours Availability: from Monday to Sundays, all year around upon request Language: English or Spanish. Paella cooking in Sitges or Vilanova Roll up your sleeves and make wonderful homemade paella! Paella is the most famous authentic national dish of Spain. Come and learn how to prepare this wonderful and tasty meal. The group will be divided in teams that will have to make the paella following the instructions of the recipe and led by the gastronomes that will be helping and supporting. During the cooking activity tapas and drinks will be serve to give you strength for the contest. Once the paellas are finished, they will be blind tasted and judged on different criteria by the master gastronome or chef. Will you be able to taste your paella? Certainly! Once the activity is finished and the winner team is announced, you will enjoy a full meal (lunch or dinner) sitting on the restaurant. Cocktail Making Experience Visit to casa Bacardi in Sitges, the home town of the founder of Bacardi, the world’s most drunk rum.

We will find out about the history of Sitges, the Bacardi family and their relationship with the Americas. You can enter into their world and discover the revolution that he started in the rum making process, almost 150 years ago. At the end of the tour, we will have the chance to learn to make 2 or 4 original cocktails under the guidance of the Bacardi Ambassador and professional bartenders. At the end of the workshop everybody will make its own cocktail to drink. Duration: 1:30 hours Availability: Monday to Thursdays. Language: English or Spanish. Cook with your friends or colleagues making your own appetizers and… make a toast with a well deserved glass of cava. Bring an extra bag to stock up on the Spanish flavors and products that you’ll undoubtedly want to bring home. You get to eat what you make so… do it well! It would be too easy just to get the ingredients, the recipe and cook!!! Terms & Conditions DEPOSIT : The Client shall pay a deposit of 30% of the Total Amount when making the reservation. The remaining balance is due 15 days before the program begins. If any payment is not made within the times set forth herein, TPO (Taller projectes oci S.A.L.) may treat the contract as canceled, and the usual refund terms shall apply (see below).

PRICE: All payments must be received in Euros and in full exclusive of any bank charges incurred. In the event of errors or omissions in a proposal or where an increase is caused by a change in circumstance, TPO reserves the right to amend quoted prices with notice given to the client. CANCELLATION FEES: Cancellation must be made in writing by the person who has made the booking. Any such notice will become effective from the date of receipt by TPO Cancellation charges per person will be levied as: Working days prior to program start date: Between 30 and 15 days: loss of deposit Less than 15 days: 75% of total cost Less than 10 days: 100% of total cost Partial Cancellation charges If the decrease of participants is done with less than 48 hours, it will be considered as a no-show (100% of total cost) If the decrease of participants is done with more than 48 hours, Total Price will be recalculated for the final number of participants. There are a few specific exceptions to the above, please verify these terms at the time of booking if there are any doubts.
