Member Parking Stickers
2017 Member Parking Stickers are now available at the Linx Membership Desk. Please remember that due to parking restrictions set by the town, parking stickers are given to Primary Members only - not for Vertical Family.
Membership Cards
To help enhance your Member experience, it is essential that all members present their Membership cards at all outlets and amenities on property. Presenting your card also ensures that you will receive applicable Member Discounts. If you need a new card, please email Vanessa a new picture and request a new card. If you need to re-magnetize your current card, stop by the Linx Membership desk and Vanessa will be happy to assist.

This page is a closed group, meaning only Ocean Edge Members will be able to join the page. A major benefit to using our new Facebook page is being able to easily access information as well as instant communication with other members.

Event Registration Policy In an effort to help management improve efficiency and maintain quality of member events, below are some guidelines to keep in mind when registering for a Club event: •
Social Events will be open for registration ONE MONTH prior to the event. This ensures that the event can be properly advertised and the timeline for registration is fair to all members.

Events will close for registration THREE DAYS prior to the event. This is to provide Food & Beverage with an accurate guest count for food ordering and preparation.
•
Events will have a maximum capacity for registrations based on event space and capacity, so please register as soon as possible. •
•
Once registration capacity has been reach, a waitlist will be started. You will be notified if there are cancellations.
Cancellations and changes to registration •
Any changes or cancellations to events must be done by directly contacting Vanessa for Social Events, Brandon for Golf Events, and Jim for Tennis Events.

In conjunction with the Membership Documents, cancellations for an event anytime after registration of the event closes, will be charged in full for the event. This includes no-shows.
The summer season is upon us, which means we have a full schedule of member events coming up! As utilization of the Member Website becomes increasingly essential for registration and communication of important information, I am happy to offer one-on-one appointments for a website demonstration including registering for events, finding departmental information, and general navigation of the site. New Member Referral Program We

One of the best ways to grow a strong membership is from the inside out, beginning with our current membership. To foster the Club community, when a current Golf, Sport with Beach or Sport Member introduces a new Member referral to the Club, upon the new Member joining, the referring Member will receive a 6 month dues credit for the 2018 membership year based on the member category in which your referral joins.
Qualifying referrals are based on the following criteria: • All referrals must join the Club as either a Golf, Sport with Beach or Sport Membership category prior to June 30, 2017. • Referrals must be a new referral to the Club, and not a current membership prospect.
