The 526 square metre property is zoned Residential Mixed High Density (R-5) with site specific provisions and contains a single detached dwelling and an existing shed which is to be demolished. To facilitate the change of use and proposed addition the applicant is requesting permission for relief from Zoning By-law 55-86 as follows: • from Section 24.3.1 to recognize a reduced lot area of approximately 1,082 square metres whereas 1,390 square metres is required; and • from Section 6.10.2 d) to reduce the building line setback adjacent to a street (Arthur Street South) from 6 metres to approximately 4.4 metres to allow for the proposed addition to the side of the building.

CONSENT APPLICATION B 7/2016 – ireale inc., 276 Union Street, Elmira The applicant is requesting permission to sever a parcel being approximately 0.14 hectares, from the rear of the 0.4 hectare property at 276 Union Street in order to create a new vacant industrial lot. The proposed retained lands are currently vacant and will be approximately 0.26 hectares in area. The property is zoned Industrial Business Park (M-6) with site specific provisions. NOTICE OF THE DECISION: Within 10 days of the meeting, a copy of each decision will be sent to owners, agents, those who submit written comments, and people who sign the register at the meeting. For safe return of your dog if found, please ensure you have attached the Township of Woolwich Dog Tag to your dog’s collar. Dogs without tags are taken to the Humane Society and owners will incur Humane Society costs of $35.00 per day. Dogs wearing their tags found outside of regular Township business hours can also be reported to the Woolwich Memorial Centre or the Breslau Community Centre. To report a lost or found dog, please contact the Township of Woolwich at 519-669-6009 Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm. After hours, information on lost or found dogs can be provided to the Woolwich Memorial Center or Breslau Community Centre.
