The products must be returned within 14 days after receipt. Please send your return parcel to the following address: 4ego Lifestyle GmbH, c/o Oakstore, Lange Str. 20, 18055 Rostock, Germany. Return the product in its original form (inclusive manuals, handbooks, accessories, labels and tags) and use the original packaging (or substantially equivalent packaging if the original packag-ing is not available). Products are excluded from the right of return which have been worn, used, washed or especially manufactured to your specification/prescription. On the satisfactory receipt of the products, we will refund the price paid for the products. If we had sent the products incor-rectly, we will exchange, and refund your postage, or refund in full. Prices All prices are shown in EURO and include German VAT and exclude cost of shipping. The costs of shipping differ depending on the delivery address (country). For a complete list, see Payment/ Shipping. Despite adequate stock, it may happen that certain items are sold out faster than expected. We therefore provide no guarantee for delivery. The rule is: First come, first serve.
Contract All our offers are not-binding. Your order is an offer to buy the products from us. We accept that offer by confirming the dispatch at the products by e-mail, fax or letter. Customers must be 18 or older.
