The site supports a wide range of rare wildlife, ancient woodlands and a system of rivers and connecting brooks. The rare bat species include Soprano Pipistrelle, Brown Long-eared and Natterer’s and we have designed in a special architectural bat loft, to support the maternity roosts, in conjunction with the ecological consultants.

The ecological studies shows the site support water voles and otters and in conjunction with the consultants we have designed in various mitigation measures. The tree survey we have carried out ensures we are protecting all high values species and we are working with specialists to ensure we add to and develop the native woodland species.
