Temples & Traditions the metropolitan museum of art’s Temple of Dendur in the Sackler Wing provided a colorful and dramatic backdrop for last October’s Weinfeld Gala, which recognizes donors who make significant annual contributions. The Law School presented Life Trustee Paul Berger ’57, a retired senior partner of Arnold & Porter in Washington, DC, with its Judge Edward Weinfeld Award. The award recognizes alumni of professional distinction who graduated from the Law School 50 years ago or more. Berger has represented a wide variety of foreign and domestic governments, corporations and other business entities, labor organizations, and tax-exempt organizations in a variety of corporate, legislative, and regulatory matters.
