Accelerating cures for the major diseases of our time through stem cell research

The NYSCF Research Institute is an independent nonprofit laboratory whose mission is to accelerate treatments and cures for the major diseases of our time using the power of stem cell research. We aim to bridge the gap between research institutions and pharmaceutical and biotech companies by reducing the cost, time, and risk that historically inhibit the development of new treatments and cures.

Our research institute has created leading automation technologies used by the entire field, and includes dedicated research teams focused on neurodegenerative diseases, diabetes, cancer, and retinal disease. We collaborate extensively with over 100 institutions worldwide across the academic, biotech, government, and non-profit sectors, largely driven by our enabling and scalable technologies for stem cell research.
