Human Rights is a publication of the American Bar Association Section of Individual Rights and Responsibilities. Edited by a New York Law School student staff, the publication presents articles of current interest in the field of human rights law. New York Law School Human Rights Annual is a scholarly journal produced by the Human Rights student staff and published by New York Law School. Candidates for staff positions on Human Rights and Human Rights Annual are selected each year on the basis of academic performance and through a writing competition open to all students. Both publications promote the preservation and extension of human rights.

The International Law Society provides a forum for leading practitioners and scholars of international law - sponsoring activities such as symposia on current international legal issues and reginal meetings of international law associations. The Society also sponsors the New York Law School team which competes in the national Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition.
