Explore space from Buck Rogers to the Space Shuttle. Conducting your personal tour of the Shuttle Trainer will be astronaut James F. Reilly II, a veteran NASA astronaut who flew three space shuttle missions to the International Space Station. Imagine, being able to ask an astronaut anything … what is it like to live in zero-gravity or what does it feel like to dock a 4.5 million pound spacecraft? Your group will be joined by Museum of Flight docent, Arnie Gaillard, who was the launch conductor at the Kennedy Space Center for the Apollo flights. Arnie will take you on a private, two-hour tour of the Museum’s Main Gallery and Personal Courage Wing.
