Όροι και Κανονισμοί Διαγωνισμού
1. Στον διαγωνισμό μπορούν να πάρουν μέρος όσοι διαμένουν μόνιμα στην Κυπριακή Δημοκρατία (ηλικίας 18 ετών και άνω), αποδέχονται όλους τους όρους και προϋπόθεσες και δεν αποκλείονται από τον όρο 2, πιο κάτω.
2. Εξαιρούνται οι υπάλληλοι της εταιρείας Nicos Vasiliou Vapsis Ltd, οι συνεργάτες τους και οι συγγενείς πρώτου (Α’) βαθμού
3. Μόνο ένα δώρο θα απονεμηθεί στον ένα μεγάλο νικητή του διαγωνισμό του Facebook and Instagram
4. Οι έγκυρες συμμετοχές θεωρούνται αυτές που ακολουθούν τις οδηγίες συμμετοχής, όπως αναγράφονται
στην ανακοίνωση του διαγωνισμού και εμπίπτουν στην περίοδο ισχύος του διαγωνισμού όπως αυτή που αναγράφεται στην ανακοίνωση του διαγωνισμού.
5. Ηεπιλογήτουνικητή / τηςνικήτριαςθαγίνειμεκλήρωση, ηοποίαθαδιεξαχθείτηνημέραπουαναγράφεται στην ανακοίνωση του διαγωνισμού.
6. Το ονοματεπώνυμο του νικητή / της νικήτριας θα δημοσιευθεί σε νέα ανάρτηση σε προκαθορισμένη
ημερομηνία και ο νικητής / η νικήτρια θα καλείται να στείλει τα στοιχεία του/της στο Nicos Vasiliou Vapsis Ltd με προσωπικό μήνυμαμέσω Facebook / Instagram, ούτως ώστε να διευθετηθεί η παραλαβή τουδώρου
Σε περίπτωση μη ανταπόκρισης εντός 2 εβδομάδων, η συμμετοχή μπορεί να ακυρωθεί και να επαναληφθεί
η κλήρωση για νικητή / νικήτρια
7. Ο/Ηνικητής / νικήτριαθαπρέπειναπαραλάβειτο δώρο τουσεπερίοδο ενός (1) μηνός απότηνανακοίνωση
των αποτελεσμάτων του διαγωνισμού, από ένα από τα καταστήματα Nicos Vasiliou Vapsis Ltd ή σε
περίπτωση voucher θα σταλεί με ηλεκτρονικά μέσα. Κατά την παραλαβή του δώρου μπορεί να ζητηθεί επίδειξη δημόσιου έγγραφο ταυτότητας και ο/η νικητής / νικήτρια θα φωτογραφίζεται με μέλη του προσωπικού , η οποία φωτογραφία μπορεί να δημοσιευθεί σε μέσα κοινωνικής δικτύωσης, ενημέρωσης, ιστοσελίδα ή/και οποιασδήποτε άλλης μορφής εντύπου.
8. Το δώρο δεν μπορεί να μεταβιβαστεί, πωληθεί ή ανταλλαχθεί με μετρητά ή άλλο δώρο
9. Η εταιρεία Nicos Vasiliou Vapsis Ltd δικαιούται να ματαιώσει το διαγωνισμό, να αλλάξει τα δώρα της, να τροποποιήσει τους όρους της ή να μεταβάλει τις παραπάνω ημερομηνίες και προθεσμίες για σοβαρό (μη προβλεπτό) λόγο τον οποίο η εταιρεία κρίνει δικαιολογημένο

11. Με τη συμμετοχή, δίνεται συγκατάθεση από τους διαγωνιζόμενους για την τήρηση και επεξεργασία (με ή
χωρίς την βοήθεια αυτοματοποιημένων μεθόδων) των προσωπικών τους δεδομένων από τη Nicos Vasiliou Vapsis Ltd ή από άλλα τρίτα πρόσωπα στα οποία μπορεί να ανατεθεί εν όλων ή εν μέρει η εκτέλεση της
επεξεργασίας, προς το σκοπό διεξαγωγής του διαγωνισμού, της ανακήρυξης νικητών και της δημοσίευσης
των αποτελεσμάτων.
12. Οι συμμετέχοντες διατηρούν το δικαίωμα να ζητήσουν οποτεδήποτε και χωρίς επιβάρυνση την
επιβεβαίωση, τροποποίηση ή διαγραφή των προσωπικών τους δεδομένων, επικοινωνώντας στο 22756767
την Δευτέρα – Παρασκευή από 8:30 π.μ. – 1:00 μ.μ ή με email στην ηλεκτρονική
Terms and conditions of the Giveaway
1. The giveaway is open to those who reside permanently in the Republic of Cyprus (aged 18 and over), accept the terms and conditions and are not excluded from condition 2, below.
2. Excluded are the employees of the companies Nicos Vasiliou Vapsis Ltd and their associates and first (A ') degree relatives.
3. Only one gift will be awarded to the winner of the completion on Facebook and Instagram.
4. Valid entries are considered those that follow the instructions of participation, as stated in the announcement of the giveaway and fall within the period of validity of the giveaway as the one stated in the announcement of the giveaway.
5. The selection of the winner will be done by a draw, which will be held on the day indicated in the announcement of the giveaway.
6. The winner's name will be published in a new post on a predetermined date and the winner will be invited to send his / her details to Nicos Vasiliou Vapsis Ltd by personal message via Facebook / Instagram, so that

they can receive the gift. In case of non-response within 2 weeks, the entry can be cancelled and the draw for the winner can be repeated.
7. The winner must receive his / her prize within a period of one (1) month from the announcement of the results of the giveaway, from one of the stores of Nicos Vasiliou Vapsis Ltd or in the case of a voucher it will be sent online. Upon receipt of the prize, a public identification document may be requested and the winner will be photographed with α member of the staff. The photo may be posted on social media, media, website and/or any form of publication.
8. The gift may not be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash or another gift.
9. Nicos Vasiliou Vapsis Ltd is entitled to cancel the contest, change its prizes, modify its terms or change the above dates and deadlines for a serious unforeseen reason that the company deems justified.
10. Nicos Vasiliou Vapsis Ltd reserves the right to cancel participations if they do not meet the terms hereof.
11. By participating, the contestants give their consent for the keeping and processing (with or without the help of automated methods) of their personal data by Nicos Vasiliou Vapsis Ltd or by other third parties to whom it may be entrusted in whole or in part for the execution of the elaboration, for the purpose of conducting the giveaway, the announcement of the winners and the publication of the results.
12. Participants reserve the right to request at any time and free of charge the confirmation, modification or deletion of their personal data, by contacting 22756767 on Monday - Friday from 8:30 am. - 1:00 pm or by email to the email address irene.vapsi@gmail.com
13. Participation in the giveaway presupposes unconditional acceptance of all the terms.
14. Facebook / Instagram has no involvement or association with the contest.
