• Scientific name: Caridina cf. cantonensis var. ‘crystal red’ • Common name: Crystal red shrimps (CRS) • Size: 2.5 – 3 cm • Temp: 18 -26°C • pH: 6.5 – 7.5 GH: soft water is recommended • Food: algae, spirulina, food tabs • Specialised mode of reproduction. No larval stages • Will hybridise with Tiger and Bee shrimps

• Scientific name: Caridina breviata- Bumble bee shrimp • Common name: Bumble bee shrimp, New bee shrimp, Black and white shrimp • Size: 2.5 – 3 cm • Temp: 21 -26°C • pH: 6.8- 7.5 GH: soft- medium hard • Food: algae, spirulina, food tabs • Specialised mode of reproduction. No larval stages

• Scientific name: Neocaridina heteropoda var. red • Common Name: Red cherry shrimp, sakura shrimp, fire shrimp • Size: 2.5 – 3.5 cm • Temp: 20 - 28°C • pH: 6.5 – 7.5 GH: soft - hard • Food: algae, spirulina, food tabs • Specialised mode of reproduction. No larval stages • Will NOT hybridise with CRS and Bee shrimps
