With a play-based methodology, we learn to swim. Swimming provides us with the reinforcement of all the muscles, the increase of lung capacity, body control, agility, relaxation and enhances self-esteem.

From an initial familiarisation, it leads to introducing technique styles, rehabilitation, strengthening muscle groups, enhancing heart and lungs, agility, balance, coordination, and exibility. Swimming is at midday (students between 6 and 12 years old), two days a week on Tuesday and Thursday.

Rhythmic Gymnastics

Rhythmic gymnastics is one of the most creative sports, since it gives rise to the imagination, like almost all disciplines that have to do with music and body expressiveness and dance modalities. It seeks to achieve original exhibitions, chain di cult exercises, in addition to achieving a balanced and beautiful exercise that enhances expressiveness and where creativity and technique are always united.

Rhythmic gymnastics can be considered an art, as well as a sport, for its plasticity and beauty. During the course there will be small exhibitions as a sample of what we have learned during the year. Classes will be held at midday (2 hours per week), Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Circuit Training

Group of directed tness activities including weight room without the use of weights, suitable for toning the muscles in adolescents. Afternoon hours from 17:00 to 18:00: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Tuesday and Thursday from 13:45 to 14:45.

Indoor Football

This is a dynamic and fun collective sport, which gives us possibilities for improvisation and development of motor skills, letting players expand their mental agility in decision-making since it is much faster than other sports because it is played in a small space. It also increases the development of physical-mental abilities.

The player of this sport assumes responsibilities before the collective that lead him to achieve a competition of solidarity and collectivism for a common goal. It will be held at midday Monday and Wednesday, or Tuesday and Thursday. Age group: from 6 to 12 years old. Participation in School League and friendlies.

Martial Arts

Martial arts will provide the child with various bene ts in their mind and spirit. Self-esteem can grow considerably and along with this it will improve the ability to concentrate and acquire such desirable values as perseverance, discipline and respect. Classes will be held at noon. (2 hours per week).

Badminton

Badminton is one of the fastest racket sports in the world and consumes a lot of energy. Re exes, coordination, tactics, strategy. Badminton has it all! The bene ts of playing badminton go beyond the physical. It is a fun and accessible sport that gives you a great sense of well-being. Opening hours: afternoon 16:45 to 18:00, Wednesday and Friday. With collection of the students.

Basketball

Basketball is one of those sports that can be practiced from the earliest ages. It gives us better coordination, increases concentration and speed of meetings, develops agility, locomotor skills and endurance.

Basketball cares for and protects the cardiovascular system and improves muscular endurance. Therefore, this sport fosters the autonomy of children and helps them to feel part of a group, preparing them to take their place in society, as well as transmitting such important values as cooperation and companionship. It is a fun and dynamic sport that keeps children away from a sedentary lifestyle, provides them with self-con dence and also promotes good self-esteem. It will be held in the afternoon from 4:30 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. two days a week: Tuesday and Friday.
