By monitoring climatic information inside and outside the drying room, our system can select the most energy efficient source of fresh air to be sent to fans, minimizing the need to use burners.
Our drying systems are designed to be controlled by our own DPC - Drying Process Controller , that analyzes information coming to up from the lines and continuously adjusts the drying parameters.
NutVision ´ s I ndividual Fan design and Tandem Heaters in each drying line ensure maximum efficiency levels throughout the entire drying process regardless of the number of drying bins in dry mode.
