What are the tasks that a NEO-Out is responsible for?
In your opinion, why should medical students go on clinical exchanges?
How have your Standing Committee’s activities been affected ever since the COVID-19 pandemic emerged?
Finally, what are the biggest lessons you learned from your experience in SCOPE from being a volunteer to a National Exchange Officer?

The NEO-Out is mainly responsible for signing exchange contracts, distributing them equally among Local Committees, and also assisting the LEOs and NEOIn when needed.
Well, in my opinion, all medical students must go for an exchange, as it will help you to develop not only your medical knowledge, but you will also watch your personality develop in many perspectives. Also, it helps you make more friends from different cultures as I'm still in contact with most of the exchange students who came to Jordan.
Unfortunately SCOPE’s work got affected a lot, as there was no exchanges in the last season. This year, I hope they can happen.
The biggest lesson I learned is to never stop dreaming, and to work for your dreams. They will come true one day. Even if you failed, at least you have tried.
Just do your best and you will get what you want at the end.
