NSU SOCAL SPARTANS' sole intention to amplify the visions, goals & missions of the great HBCU Institution Norfolk State University, located in Norfolk, Virginia. NSUAA SoCal Chapter members are each dedicated to fostering lifelong support for our great alma mater by consistently facilitating meaningful programs, activities & events that impact communities throughout California, Nevada & Arizona.
