Son - PSPN14

Daughter - PSPN15

Goondoola Cheta L03 is a total outcross in Australia who’s full Canadian sibling was the high-selling female out of Six Mile Red Angus at the 2016 Genetic Focus Sale. Sired by 2013 Denver reserve grand champion bull, Cheta is a feminine, clean fronted, long bodied and sound female.

Her first calf, Goondoola Cheta N15, was the 2019 Sydney Royal supreme Red Angus exhibit that stood top three in the interbreed heifer competition and will be returning in 2020 as a cow/calf pair. If you are chasing a new female line, don’t miss the opportunity to get hold of the two Cheta L03 embryo lots.

An exciting genetic package with the first progeny from this mating on the ground and continuing to impress us. These embryos are ¾ siblings to Goondoola Cheta N15, the 2019 Sydney Royal supreme Red Angus exhibit who we have back in the show team for 2020. The dam is a total outcross in Australia who’s full Canadian sibling was the high-selling female out of Six Mile Red Angus at the 2016 Genetic Focus Sale. Sired by 2013 Denver reserve grand champion bull, Cheta is a feminine, clean fronted, long bodied and sound female. Sired by the $17,000 senior champion of the 2017 Red Angus National, Goondoola Lonestar L18, who also sired the 2019 Red Angus National grand champion bull Goondoola Nebraska N26 and has been breeding well for us here at Goondoola. We have retained and are using a bull of this cross (PSPP23) heavily within our herd.

x Goondoola Lonestar L18 LOT 6: 4x EMBRYOS

x Red Ter-Ron Parker 34A x Goondoola New World N03 LOT 7: 2 x EMBRYOS FROM EACH BULL

We used Red Ter-Ron Parker 34A over our Cheta female to help darken her up and add extra muscle shape and performance. It also allowed us to combine some pretty well-known sire and cow lines out of Canada, so we expect these embryos to produce genetically elite and phenotypically right cattle.

New World N03 is breeding some really nice females, so we flushed Cheta L03 to him to continue a really strong maternal aspect within our herd while again adding some extra muscle shape to the progeny. New World N03 was the 2018 Sydney Royal reserve junior champion bull, and he is backed by a strong cow line with dam just added to our donor line-up as she does not seem to miss. His first calves are in our 2020 Sydney Royal team, with one on offer in the Red Reflections II sale in April.

Note: pack contains two (2) embryos of each mating (total 4), guaranteeing two (2) pregnancies.

Red Blairs Monique 175A (CANF1894086)

x Damar Trump x Red Blairs Bingo 581B LOT 8: 2x EMBRYOS FROM EACH BULL

Monique 175A had a Bingo heifer as her first natural calf that was purchased and successfully shown by Baxter Blair of Double B Red Angus, Canada. We were so impressed by that heifer that we knew Monique’s first flush would be to Bingo. We have one stunning female of this cross at home, and she impresses people that come by with her softness, easy doing ability, depth of body, quiet nature and just all round soundness. She is stout, dark red, quiet and despite being asked a lot, we won’t give her up. This is your chance to get a good one.

We have two daughters of the Monique/Trump cross, and we really love them. They are wedge shaped, long bodied and square hipped with beautiful extension through the front end, femininity and those big ears everyone loves! Trump has paved his way in the show ring with multiple championships, but he has also siring champions in the ring and in the paddock. He is Power Eye 161X son and from a Mulberry 26P daughter. One of these females in particular is packed full of potential and is pencilled in to be part of our Melbourne Royal Red Angus feature show team in September.

Note: pack contains two (2) embryos of each mating (total 4), guaranteeing two (2) pregnancies.

Purchased for $16,500 (CAD) out of the 2015 Genetics Focus sale in Canada from Blairs. Ag Cattle Company, Monique 175A is a female with a lot of broodiness, dimension and substance about her. Breeding the house down, her first heifer calf sold well and had a terrific show career, and her latest bull calf sold for $8000 in the annual Blairs.Ag Bull Sale in early February.

A female with added frame, her udder quality is exceptional and she’s stamping her progeny as easy-care cattle which is what we love.

Goondoola Gold G04 (PSPg04)

We love our Gold females, and we really love this cross. A bull of the same cross was pencilled to be in our show team for 2020. Gold G04 had a natural Cowboy Cut heifer calf in 2017 and we liked her so much that we wanted more. That natural calf, Goondoola Gold M24 was the 2019 supreme interbreed female of Blayney Show, the Sydney Royal senior champion and her first calf was the National All Breeds Junior Heifer Show bull bonanza champion at 10 months. She is moderate, near faultless in her structure and she milks the house down. A bull of the same cross is in our show team for 2020 and has been used within our herd over cows and commercial heifers. He is stout, soft and packed full of muscle. Progeny of this cross are just functional and productive - what more do you want?

x Red Lazy MC Cowboy Cut 26U LOT 9: 4x EMBRYOS

A daughter of this same cross, Gold P09, was the junior and grand champion female of the 2019 Red Angus National, selling to Tasmania. If she is anything to go by, these calves will be sweet natured, wedge shaped, easy fleshing and sound structured. Gold P09 recorded EBVs in the top 15% for birth weight and calving ease direct.

x Red Six Mile Custom Made 505C LOT 10: 4 x EMBRYOS

Daughter - PSPM24

Son - PSPP21

Goondoola Gold G04 is a direct daughter of our foundation female BST Tullatoola Gold C13, that is also a half sibling to our world-class donor Goondoola Miss D G02. She offers added growth and spring of rib, combined with a lot of length through her front end, body and hip to pin. In her own show carrier she was the reserve junior champion at both the 2013 Royal Canberra Show and the 2013 Sydney Royal Show, but her true success can be seen through her progeny and how they are breeding on.

Daughter - PSPP09

Son - PSPP03

Our Gold females are creating a name for themselves, and we expect this mating to continue that maternal strength and longevity they are known for with good udders, strong toplines, beautiful front ends and great hip to pin set ups. New World N03 was the 2018 Sydney Royal reserve junior champion bull, and he is backed by a strong cow line with his dam just added to our donor lineup as she does not seem to miss. His first calves were in our 2020 Sydney Royal team, with one on offer in the Red Reflections II sale in April.

x Goondoola New World N03 LOT 11: 3 x EMBRYOS

x Goondoola Never Forget N18 LOT 12: 4x EMBRYOS

A new donor to our female line up, Gold M24 is what we want our females to be - productive, fertile and functional. For her first flush we joined Gold M24 to our 2019 Red Angus National senior champion, Never Forget N18 who sold to K5X Red Angus, Qld, after seeing how well this mating worked as her second natural PSPQ32. And didn’t she flush the house down giving us 20 out of 24 fertilised eggs. Never Forget N18 has added the extra punch and muscle shape we wanted, while retaining the structural soundness we love Gold M24 for. Everyone that comes home is asking about this calf, so do yourselves a favour and get your hands on this cross. A new donor in our female line up, Gold M24 is what we want our females to be - productive, fertile and functional! She was again pencilled to be in our show team for 2020. As a first calver she was the interbeed champion of Blayney Show and the Sydney Royal senior champion female in 2019. Her first calf, at just 10 months, won the National All Breeds Junior Heifer Show bull bonanza.

She is again pencilled to be in our 2020 show team, with her first bull calf to be sold at the 2020 Red Angus National in June.

Gold J15 is another new donor to our line-up after she produced three quality calves that have all won ribbons, and better yet gone on to produce good calves for us. She is maternal and an extremely fertile female that is what we want our females to look like - big ribbed, square hipped, long bodied and with so much outlook and presence about her. Her latest natural calf is this mating, and she was an absolute cracker but unfortunately, she injured herself, did nerve damage and now cannot walk properly. She won’t continue as a breeding female because of this, but she is thick, square, soft and really balanced. Because of this, we wanted to recreate this calf so flushed her way and implanted the embryos as soon as we could.

x Goondoola Never Forget N18 LOT 13: 3x EMBRYOS

An older female that we added to our donor line up after she just kept breeding good ones - she does not seem to miss! She herself is a maternal and an extremely fertile female that is what we want our females to look like - big ribbed, square hipped, long bodied and with so much outlook and presence about her.

Gold J15’s first calf was 2016 NABJHS Calf Champion and went on to raise the 2019 Red Angus National Grand Champion Bull. Her second calf was the 2018 Sydney Royal Reserve Champion Bull, Goondoola New World N03, that we have used within our herd. We are very impressed with his first set of calves and have since flushed with him. The third calf didn’t let her down. She again raised a ribbon winner, with Goondoola Gold P10 taking out reserve junior champion at the 2020 Sydney Royal (at just 10 months).
