Visitors can reach the area by taking Highway 229 north to Highland, then north on Huntoon Road about three miles. This 190acre area has numerous redbud trees, maples and oaks. The area overlooks the Missouri River and includes excellent hiking trails.
Exhibits with a conservation theme and a short nature trail. Nature gift shop. Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
