I have just come back from the USA where everyone there drives huge engined trucks and cars, including even the 16-year-olds. Passing a stopped school bus (which as far as i can tell is no points) they view as 8 points. My question is, can they do this? I'm 16 right now and I have been diagnosed with major depressive. My mom lost her insurance in May last year and I haven't been to a doctor since. I would rather continue on and die in my condition than go to the foster home in my area, I've met kids stuck in that system and continuing on without medical care seems better than living in that hell hole.
