(Stor'He) The singer-songwriter Paul Bradshaw, stage name Stor ’He, prides himself for many things he does through his music; the most valued would be his ability to tell a story. In fact, when asked why he chose the stage name Stor 'He, his response was, “I go by Stor 'He because my whole life I've always been a story teller.” The inspiration of the name came from his Mom never hesitating to tell her story, and proclaiming that she was an open book."I didn' t want to go by ‘open book ’, “ he says, “Stor 'He came naturally to my mind." Because the singer-songwriter 's ultimate goal is to tell a story, he doesn' t place himself under a particular genre. While some songs may have an R&B feel to it, he says that he doesn' t solely identif y himself as an R&B artist.

Stor ’He explains that at the early age of 6, he fell in love with music and began utilizing it to express himself. " To me, music is expression. It's being able to escape the harshness of life." Being a Houston native, Beyoncé had a major impact during his childhood; "She literally raised me”, he explained. He says while there are great divos that have also influenced him, such as the artist formally know as Prince and the King of pop, MJ, Beyoncé is his biggest influence. "It's not just her music or how great of a performer she is, it's also the ways she carriers herself," he clarifies, "She is my idol."

When asked if he considered himself a hunter or a gatherer in the music industry, he said he considered himself both: “I'm going to go after my dreams, after my calling, after my purpose, full force- and hunt for people that are like-minded whom have that same drive and ambition as I do,” the artist declared. "As far as the gather, I want to gather as many people as I can to wake them up and rise up and believe in who they are," Store'He tells us.

More than anything, Store'He finds that the most valuable part of an artist when using the craft is how they want the audience to feel. He explains that fame isn' t even truly a goal he seeks, "it ’s to become a mold of what men, women, boys and girls aspire to be."

We at NSU followed Store'He before his headliner show at... He and the dancers for the show practiced for a strenuous amount of hours in a short time span. As humble as Store'He is, he definitely showed his divo side the day of the show case both before the performance and during. Yet, still he never failed to be an inspiration to the audience.

Photo by Gabby bonnets, and other hair wraps have become a fad and fashion trend as of late , leading non-African American celebrities to gravitate towards wearing them for an edgy image. However, this use of hair-wrapping st yles such as turbans, durags, bonnets and bandanas is used by blacks to lock in moisture and maintain the hair st yle underneath. The use of black products and hip hop culture to enhance the image of a nonblack or hip hop celebrit y has become an increasing issue. This is an issue because being black is seen as being "edgy ", leaving this paradoxical idea of ever yone loving black culture but not wanting to be black . Many bold enough to use the culture for self gains, but not use the platform they stand on to speak against the injust that we face is insulting no matter how you want to wrap it up.

WAVEZMovement The Mala Luna Music Festival invades San Antonio for a second year, and this time the festival will be at Nelson Wolff Stadium (Parking Lot) presented by Scoremore Shows, with a very promising lineup that includes Lil Wayne, Wiz Khalifa, Migos, Future, Playboi Carti, Khalid and more, but one of the highlights of the festival is the local artists that will be representing San Antonio on stage. We will showcase the four local artists (Lil Yodaa, Intre, Bamsworth Belli & Izaq Roland) who will take stage at Mala Luna, and for those that are not familiar with there music, we hope to introduce them to a series of new fans. These are artists we've been familiar with for years, and to see them get the shine they deserve on a big platform like this is just great to see. These artists will be amongst some of the biggest names in hip-hop and we hope to see them reach that level of success in the near future.

Intre Nowadays you find those artists that have that certain sound that just sets off an alarm saying "Yo this shit right here is fire". Enter Intre a dope and talented individual that has a creative outline map for his songs. Although only having one full length project on his SoundCloud, that is more than enough to showcase his potential and his Texas inspiration.

Bamsworth Belli Bamsworth Belli is a an artist that lays out a dope trap style song, but can still get down with some classic boom-bap hip-hop music. Bamsworth's diversity is in his lyrical cadence and the ability to execute some hard hitting flow such as the track "Outlaw" and "Eye For An Eye Freestyle". Bamsworth Belli is steadily one of many artist putting San Antonio on the map.

Izaq Roland San Antonio's own and Midnight Swim's artist Izaq Roland is a person that makes the music for the people. Whether the mood be raging or mellow, Izaq has found a niche in which he can flow thru and come out making some serious bangers.

Lil Yodaa Another great home town artist is Lil Yodaa. Each track is a certified banger whether in your headphones or in the car, Lil Yodaa has style and flow to make you move but still spitting some raw shit in the track. This is definitely some southern style music right here and peeping this on stage would be a great sight to see. Culture is built on the love for the city and what you get back in return for putting in much time in your music, your ambition and what motivates you. These artists have done that well and we hope to see you share there dream with them on October 28th & 29th. Girard WHO. @girardwho

who is You

For the longest time I used to think my visions of success and fulfillment proceed it myself. I always knew that I was meant to be great, I just was unsure about the route I would take. Stuck in slums and loops of depression, fear, and unbearable anxiety I finally reached a breaking point. I decided to release myself from every distraction to really discover who I was. Through sheer perseverance and listening to my heart and soul I discovered that every day I have the conscious choice to wake up and be who I'm destined to be. Who to me makes a revelation. Being in the midst of spiritual awakening it made sense that what I experience wasn't just a me thing. There is a piece of food in all of us every waking breath, moment, and interaction can be different because you never know who you're going to get or who you're going to be behind the windows of your soul, but you can be with your light and vision.
