What will you do? We offer one hour of exercise in the gym at Martin High School, Anstey. Each week is different, and the focus is on you improving your fitness, having fun and meeting other people. You will have an hour of exercise which can include circuits; running exercises; bleep tests and in the warmer months, some running on the fields. How do you join?
