2 lbs ground pork 1 cup onion, grated 1 Tbsp fish sauce 1 Tbsp brown sugar 2 Tbsp lemongrass, finely chopped 2 tsp salt 1 tsp chili flakes 1 tsp black pepper 2 eggs Mix all ingredients well and shape into meatballs or patties. Barbecue on medium heat until well done: 3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Serve with shredded carrot and daikon marinated 10-15 minutes in 1 Tbsp vinegar and 1 tsp sugar.
