Staying Safe on Campus We are committed to keeping all visitors, staff and students as safe as possible whilst on campus and we continue to follow the Government Covid-19 advice and guidance. We kindly request that all visitors, staff and students adhere to the following: • Wear a face covering whilst inside university buildings (unless medically exempt), this includes during the subject sessions. • Maintain a minimum of 1-metre social distancing when a face covering is worn, or 2-metres if a face covering is not worn. • Follow all one-way systems marked with arrows on floors. • Regularly wash or sanitise hands.
Sanitiser is available at the entrance to all buildings and there are a number of dispensers around campus, in our classrooms and on our stands. Should you experience Covid-19 symptoms whilst on campus, please leave the campus via the shortest available route and self-isolate immediately. Should you require assistance or feel unable to leave the campus on your own, please contact our Security team on 0191 227 3999 and clearly state that you are experiencing Covid-19 symptoms so that they can coordinate appropriate help for you. For any incidents or injuries whilst on campus, please contact the Ask For Help or Security stands in the Central Exhibition or call 0191 227 3999.
