North Perth Public Library: Capital Overview

2020 Capital Projects Review:

In 2020, the Library worked in partnership with Municipal Staff to complete the Atwood Library Sewer Hookup, Exterior Signage, Listowel Library Painting and Power Door Operators projects. The highlight of 2020 was the completion of the Monkton Branch construction project. Council and members of the public are invited to celebrate this milestone by booking a tour of the space. The work of 2020 will continue in 2021.

2021 Capital Projects:

The North Perth Public Library is proposing no additional new Capital Projects at this time. 2021 Carry-over Projects include: 1. 2. Listowel Library Masonry & Pergola Remedial Repairs North Perth Library and Community Hub Design Development The attached Project Detail Sheets provide further information and financial summaries of identified Capital Projects for 2021.
