In the process he has also won some major events. In addition to the Junior Walker Cup, he won the Junior Order of Merit, a major annual trophy played over 21 events during the year, with the best 10 scores being taken into account. It is open to juniors up to the age of 18. In a thrilling finish Jeevan had 65 points, one ahead of Charlie Smith (12) who took second place. As a result he was put forward for assessment by Yorkshire and is now in the Yorkshire Under 13 training squad. “He has tremendous commitment and his drive and determination are a real example to other junior members of the club” said Ray Agar - Junior Organiser.
