STUDY ABROAD IN FRANCE.

NIU College of Law offers one international program — located in Agen, France.

A major strength of our Agen program is that it makes extensive use of French law faculty and practitioners. You are exposed to the study of law in the European fashion where the lecture/discussion mode predominates over the American case presentation method.

HUSKIE EXPERIENCE.

Northern Illinois University College of Law is strongly committed to facilitating access to the legal profession for members of traditionally underrepresented groups.

Among our goals are to counter the effects of societal discrimination, to increase the number of lawyers who will serve in communities that are currently underserved, and to provide you the educational benefits that flow from a diverse faculty and student body.

We therefore recruit faculty and students who represent diverse communities and identities in our society based on gender, age, sexual orientation, gender expression, gender identity, race, culture, ethnicity and physical ability.
