4 Insurance The requirements for yacht registration referred to in Part D Section 1 include important provisions for insurance, both in respect of hull and machinery of the yacht itself and any other equipment carried thereon e.g. jet skis, as well as third party liability insurance, including cover for all persons who are part of the yacht's complement onboard, and in respect of any sporting activities in which any persons onboard may engage.
