Renovation Sells is owned by Dallas native Justin Pate. Before opening Renovation Sells North Dallas, he spent six years with luxury hotel operator Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and twelve years in the mobility and transportation industry. In 2021, Justin took the opportunity to pursue his dream of becoming a business owner.

When Justin found Renovation Sells, a lightbulb went off. He felt compelled to bring its unique business model to North Dallas, where he saw a mismatch between existing inventory and what buyers were demanding.

“The secret sauce is the design,” Justin says. “What sets us apart is our in-house design team. We work with the agent, homeowner, or property management group to understand their needs and turn around a highlevel design on any budget within a week. After executing fast updates, the home will sell quicker and for a much higher value.”

In addition to offering top-notch design services, Renovation Sells relies on local contractors and materials to complete projects.

“I’m a local owner who grew up in North Dallas. Our crews and our families are local business people who live here in the North Dallas area. We buy everything we can locally and use crews and teams we know personally. My wife and I are engaged in the business, day-to-day,” Justin explains.

Getting The Job Done Right

Renovation Sells has impeccable turnaround times. The process begins with a property walkthrough and a quick meeting to discuss timelines. Once a contract is signed, the team sends the client a professional design board within a week. Upon design approval, materials are ordered and the teams are scheduled to execute the project, which is typically completed in three to four weeks.
