Now the Branch Manager for the DFW and Austin locations, Tyler has been with Black Tie Moving for a decade. He started as the low man on the totem pole and worked his way up to driver/crew lead, operations management, inside sales, and eventually branch manager. He led the Nashville office from 2017-2019, helped get the Austin branch off the ground in 2019, and moved back home to Dallas to lead the DFW office in 2022.

Tyler describes Black Tie Moving’s culture as more like a family than a corporation. His goal is to create happy employees and, thus, happy customers.

“The moving industry is well known to have temp workers and contractors. What separates us is that every person we employ is drug tested, background checked, and full-time,” Tyler explains.

Black Tie Moving continues to expand; Tyler will oversee the future opening of the Houston location moving services for every client.
