2020 went down in history as the year that all world, national, state, and local events had a direct impact on the lives of those in our association and the public. School, work and government meetings and events went from in-person to digital formats. Our favorite events were cancelled. Some local businesses struggled to stay afloat. Our industry was fortunate as we were deemed essential and many of you had great years despite some obstacles.

Acts of kindness filled the year as people created homemade protective face masks, stocked food banks and organized drive-by celebrations.

Our members generously supported us and we sincerely appreciate it! We received a grant from Lorain County Community Development which was a tremendous help.

We were no different in that nothing usual happened and like people everywhere we had to get used to doing things differently. We will continue to do so on the road back with safe events. Please continue to protect yourself and be well and I can't wait to see you all very soon!
