HOUSE WITHOUT BULBS In 2006 the KLUS Company team developed and manufactured a new fixture system – profiles. The new lighting system facilitated and popularized a number of applications that require compact lighting solutions. LED profiles are designed to be mounted into elements applied in: interior design, architecture, furniture, scenography, advertisement, industrial design, exhibits (shop displays, museum exhibits etc.). KLUS Company continuously develops and improves new LED lighting system solutions. In 2009 the company designed, financed and built the first building that is lit exclusively with LEDs – so called “House without bulbs”. LED lighting is highly energy efficient which qualifies it for recognition as an environment friendly product under the Environment Protection Programs.
UNA CASA SIN BOMBILLAS En 2006 la firma KLUS, desarrolló y fabricó un nuevo sistema de fijación de luminarias mediante perfiles. Este nuevo sistema de iluminación facilita la instalación en aplicaciones que requieren soluciones en lugares compactos. Los perfiles para LED, están diseñados para ser montados en aplicaciones como: diseño de interiores, arquitectura, mobiliario, escenografía, publicidad, diseño industrial, escaparates, exposiciones en museos, etc. KLUS está en continuo desarrollo y buscando nuevas soluciones para la mejora de sistemas de iluminación LED. En 2009, KLUS, diseñó, financió y construyó, el primer edificio exclusivamente con LEDs, la llamada „Casa sin bombillas”.

Fasteners without a mounting bracket require suitable holes for the fitting of the screw. Their position should be accurately calculated beforehand; they depend on the length of the LED strip modules. LED strips for the profiles with such fasteners should be mounted to the extrusion after the mounting screws have been screwed in. Fasteners with a mounting bracket do not need to have the holes drilled in the profile and their position on the profile is free. While applying these fasteners, the LED strip can be fixed within the profile at any time.

El soporte de suspensión sin grapa, requiere la realización de unos orificios en el perfil para su colocación. La posición de éstos, deberá ser calculada con precisión de antemano, dependiendo de la longitud de los módulos de la tira de LED. La colocación de los LEDs, deberá fijarse una vez se hallan realizado los orificios y atornillados los soportes de suspensión. Para el soporte con grapa, no es necesario que el perfil esté perforado, pudiendo colocarse libremente sobre el mismo. La colocación del LED en el interior del perfil, puede realizarse en cualquier momento.

EN Installation, using the waterproof splitters or couplers and suitable cables, can be performed in the ground, lawn, under walkways, etc. Waterproof level of splitters and couplers is ensured by their special design. You can further secure the cable connections from moisture by filling the splitters or couplers with silicone paste after the cables have been assembled. Making connections and branching of cables in KLUŚ hermetic boxes does not require any special tools. Waterproof splitters and couplers are designed for two-wire cables with insulation of outer diameters from 6 mm to 9 mm. If the above are applied, you can lead power cables with voltage 12V and 24V. ES
El uso del empalme y caja estancos KLUS, puede llevarse a cabo en suelos; cesped, calzadas, adoquines... Su diseño está pensado para ser estanco, y para aumentar su grado de protección, una vez hecha la instalación se puede sellar con silicona. No se requiere de herramienta especial para su montaje e instalación. La sección de los cables debe ser de 6 mm a 9 mm. Para aplicaciones a 12V y 24V.

Light is such a common element in our life that we do not notice it until it disappears. Everyday we are exposed to all types of sources of light. LEDs have become a relatively new source that has been added to the list. Diodes have been introduced to the market since the expansion of modern electronic devices. LED became more and more popular and nowadays are considered to be an important source of light for other industries. LEDs function as a lighting or illumination source. They are very energy efficient. For example we offer diodes that use as little as 0.08 W for each lighting point. Therefore, purchase of LED pays for itself within a very short period of time. Other advantages are their long lifespan and small dimensions. LED’s features distinguish them from other sources of light. We were surprised that they were not used or implemented earlier in a wide range of other industrial applications besides electronics. Commonly used old sources of light are equipped with light fixtures. As a result they can be used in any desired areas. LEDs did not have an easy and universal fixture system that made it difficult to apply this source of lighting anywhere else but electronic devices. KLUS Company team developed and manufactured since 2006 new LED light fixture systems profiles. The new system will facilitate and popularize a number of applications that require compact lighting solutions. LED profiles are designed to be mounted indoors and outdoors. Indoor applications: interior design, architecture, furniture, scenography, advertisement, industrial design, exhibits (shop displays, museum exhibits) etc. Outdoor applications: different types of pavements, sidewalk surfaces, communication routes, bike lanes, driveways, parking lots, construction, landscape architecture (gardens, road line marking, swimming pools, building facades) etc.
La luz es un elemento tan común en nuestro entorno que nos damos cuenta de ella, sólo cuando de repente desaparece. Todos los días inconscientemente convivimos con diferentes fuentes de luz, entre ellas los LEDs. Estos elementos de iluminación, funcionan en nuestras vidas desde el momento de la expansión en el mercado moderno de los equipos electrónicos. Cada vez se han hecho más y más populares, siendo hoy en día considerados una importante fuente de luz. Los LEDs son la tecnología del futuro para su uso en iluminación y retroiluminación. La sostenibilidad del LED, no sólo se considera por su bajo consumo de energía, sino por la reducción de residuos, el reciclado, el uso de ciertos materiales y recursos y el efecto sobre la construcción. Ofrecemos diodos que consumen únicamente 0.08W por cada punto de luz. Por lo tanto, el coste de la compra de los LEDs, se amortiza en un período muy corto de tiempo. Otras ventajas, son su larga vida útil y su reducido tamaño. Hasta ahora los LEDS no disponían de un sistema de colocación, pero ahora con la existencia de la perfilería, resulta una solución muy cómoda y universal. En 2006, la compañía KLUŚ, desarrolló e implantó un sistema de producción de perfiles, con diversidad de diseños, para instalación de LEDs. Este proyecto sin duda, hace más fáciles las aplicaciones que requieren soluciones de iluminación compactas. Los perfiles para LEDs, están diseñados para su uso tanto en interior como en exterior. Los perfiles fabricados en MDF están indicados para su uso en interior (escaparates de tiendas, museos, ferias, etc…) Los perfiles de aluminio, además de su utilización en interior, están diseñados para su uso en exterior (jardines, señalización vial, carriles para bicicletas, piscinas, construcción de fachadas, etc…)
