Three Point Lock Machining This fixture is a companion to the MasterLine Stylizer II to prep doors for many of the multipoint locks. The Stylizer II makes the Eurogroove and this fixture makes the lock pockets and function holes. The multipoint fixture consists of three base units attached to a master index bar. The master index bar has an adjustable end stop to reference from the top or the bottom of the door and a scale for accurately positioning the base units for different lock body locations. Interchangeable snap-on templates on each base unit allow machining of lock pockets and function holes. The base units will accept a variety of templates to suit different types of hardware. The base units have reference blocks that align the template with the Eurogroove. Self-centering clamps on the base units securely hold them in position. The backset location of the function holes is adjustable. A plunge router with a template guide is used to mortise the pockets and function holes. • This fixture is a companion to the MasterLine Stylizer II to prep doors for many of the multipoint locks. • Interchangeable templates snap-on to each base unit. • Index bar with scale provides accurate template positioning for doors up to 8ft. • Index from the top or the bottom of the door. • A plunge router with a 16/16” template guide is used to mortise the pockets and function holes. • Alignment blocks index templates with Eurogroove. • Door to door change-over time under one minute. • Works on pre-finished and unfinished doors. • Templates and alignment blocks sold separately.
