PCB dry technology offers a solution to a global issue, presenting a viable opportunity to process electronic waste (printed circuit boards, PCB’s) completely, in a revolutionary eco-friendly way, surpassing current inadequate methods. The presented self-developed method is one-of-a-kind, its current form has never been conceived and applied. It ensures that hazardous components of the waste do not get into the air, seawater or the ground, thereby not contaminating drinking water and not harming living organisms and the human population. Comparison to the acid-based solutions • less investment costs, • environment-friendly, • no cost of handling the acid (since there is no acid), • unlike
the acid-method, with PCB the generated plastic materials are able to re-use, • unlike the acid-method, the PCB technology ensures 80% of metal (instead of 65%). Business details: Technology price: 5.5 million EUR. Completion period: 365 days from receipt of the advance payment. Payment schedule: • 50% upon signing the contract, • 30% when the grinding technology is drawn up (150 days), • 10% when ready-made, • 10% when the operation starts. Two people per shift are provided for the operation. Requested share of the business: 50%. Drawdown of sections is considered as performance guarantee. One year warranty on major components.
