NOMV is thrilled to welcome our newest members of the NOMV Board - Dr. Shannon Emmons and Pete Vincett!

Dr. Shannon Emmons, DVM

Dr. Shannon Emmons is a graduate of Atlantic Veterinary Class of 2017. She is a small animal veterinarian practicing in southern Maine and the owner of Eliot Veterinary Hospital.

Shannon first got involved with NOMV after her own mental health struggles and worked to start the NOMV Ambassadors Committee. She is the Education Committee Co-Chair and a member of NOMV Seacoast.

Pete Vincett

Pete Vincett grew up in rural Ontario, Canada, where he was surrounded by farms and animals from a young age and quickly appreciated the human-animal bond relationship.

Since 2020, Pete has served as Chief Commercial Officer for a pet aftercare company, and previously served as a senior executive at several other companies. Pete brings 20+ years of broad general management business experience combined with extensive internation having worked on four continents and in ten countries.
