He is a graduate of Western Oregon University where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Oregon and is a member of the Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is a Certified Reserve Specialist (RS), licensed by Community Associations Institute and a Professional Reserve Analyst (PRA), licensed by the Association of Professional Reserve Analysts. He is a past director of Centennial National Bank and Columbine Valley Bank and Trust in Denver. She has worked in several capacities from real estate sales to title insurance to managing editor of a real estate magazine. She spent 20 years as the marketing director for a title insurance and escrow company. In 2004, Mindy and a business partner launched a successful graphic design and marketing company serving local housing professionals. Mindy began giving formal presentation on the real estate market trends in 1989. She continues to gather data and analysis market conditions and to keep talking about all these numbers to this date. Mindy is also the CEO and team leader for Keller Williams Realty Portland Central and shepherds a growing real estate company with more than 100 licensed brokers.
