Excellence through Education 8 Hour CE - NMLS Course Approval ID 1962 (Complete all 8 Hours of NMLS Approved CE Education for 2011) This course will provide a combination of Fair Lending Laws, FHA Basics, and Business Ethics. While providing an in depth study on the laws related to Fair Lending, this course focuses on regulatory definitions and guidelines associated with residential loan origination which reinforce fair and equal treatment of all people in their pursuit of housing.
