Incubation is a unique and highly flexible combination of business development processes, infrastructure and people. It is designed to nurture and grow new and small businesses by supporting them through early stages of development and change.
A business incubator is a workspace created to offer startups and ventures access to the resources they need, all under one roof.
The aim is to integration of structure in designing of built spaces as a resultant of building form and spatial planning and to understand how different spaces can be stacked one over the other within the structural grid.

Traditionally, humans settled in mixed-use patterns, pooling all their resources into one central area. The industrial age, however, brought new zoning laws and a stricter division between living and working spaces. Now people are once again embracing mixed-use development. People are returning to cities, and high-density development is trending.
Modern mixed-use development is usually termed as a way to rejuvenate communities by creating spaces where a cross-section of a community gathers to work, live and shop.

Meditation Centers became a necessity in the past to practice Buddhism and other religious realisations until the advent of a subjective religion incorporating idol worship.
In fact temple architecture got inspired from early rock-cut buildings and progressed into masonry stone temples, but in the present context cave architecture is being reinterpreted for the purpose of spiritual realisation and/or meditation or for that matter tourism.
The aim was to develope a construction method using indigenous and/or materials while responding to socio-cultural needs.
