NKDB

NKDB's main objectives are improvement of the human rights in North Korea and applying a transitional justice process to past infringements. The organization was established in 2003 to investigate North Korean human rights violations, to establish a North Korean Unified Human Rights Violation Database, to provide relief and prevention of North Korean human rights violations and to protect and assist the resettlement of victims of North Korean human rights violations.
