District 7 Report
from Winter 2022
At the time of this writing we're expecting our first storm of the year tomorrow and I'm not ready!
I ended up spending a majority of my day outside finishing up the last of fall chores. The barn is set up for the winter and the rabbits were toasty despite much of the day remaining below freezing. D7 has been doing so well in the show scene! Maine's Tara Lovely has been sweeping up awards wherever she goes. I was thrilled to hear she won the following at Grand Finals in NY: In Show A Tara won BOB TAA's Cambell (Tan Pattern Sr Buck) and BOSB with TT269 (Shaded Sr Doe). Then, in Show B, she won BOB with TT269.
On 11/12/22 in Brewer, Maine Woolies were well represented by youth exhibitor Angelina DeVito when she won BIS in Show A and RIS in Show B! Congrats, Angelina! What a lovely rabbit!
