WESTERN STATES FOOTBALL LEAGUE Originally formed in 1984, the WSFL first consisted of ten schools, six from the Arizona Community College Conference (ACCAC) and four from the Intermountain Collegiate College Conference (ICAC). Over the years a number of schools have entered and left the league, to create its current nine-school membership. Previous members in include College of Eastern Utah, Ricks College and Dixie State College. In 1993 New Mexico Military entered the conference and Pima joined in 2001. Snow has won the conference title four out of the past five years. The WSFL has ties to the Top the Mountains Bowl, the Valley of the Sun Bowl and El Toro Bowl.
