With this housing facility in place, people now have the option of living in Delhi by simply spending a minuscule amount of Rs. 18, 45, 000.
By way of the Delhi Housing Scheme Awas Yojna, there are a total of n300 units available under this project. The allotment of the units will be completely based on lucky draw system. There are three types of memberships available for the interested buyers. It is also worth noting that this housing scheme also encourages women empowerment as there is some special number of apartments reserved for women. By way of the Delhi Awas Yojna, the Government of Delhi has come up with the most affordable housing scheme in Delhi under Master Plan Delhi 2021.
