While we specialize in full wedding experiences and do not host ceremony-only events, we warmly welcome couples who choose to hold their ceremony off-site and would love to help you celebrate with a memorable reception at our resort.
Tohelp you fully enjoy your celebration, we require the support of a professional wedding planner. This ensures seamless coordination and communication with our hotel teams, so you can focus on making memories. We’re happy to recommend trusted vendors who are familiar with our venue and standards.
Our talented banquet, culinary, and event teams work together to bring your vision to life with creativity and precision. All food and beverages are provided in-house guaranteeing consistency, quality, and a flawless experience from start to finish.

Outdoor Ceremony Venue
Porte-cochère
Surrounded by the natural beauty of Whistler, the Porte-cochère offers a stunning outdoor ceremony space framed by elegant Douglas-fir beams and accented with warm western red cedar. This picturesque venue overlooks Whistler Mountain Creekside, making it a favorite choice for weddings in every season.
Included in your ceremony setup are walnut folding chairs and a beautifully draped signing table, all arranged and removed by our team—so you can focus on your moment.
Indoor Reception & Dancing
Celebrate
in style with exclusive access to the Nita Room complemented by the naturally lit Nita Foyer and a sheltered outdoor patio. The versatile Foyer space is ideal for pre- and post-ceremony gatherings, cocktail receptions, and guest mingling. The patio adds a refreshing outdoor element to your event design, while the Foyer can accommodate bar and buffet service with ease.
Inside the Nita Room, enjoy live entertainment, DJ music, and dancing on the included dance floor. Events may continue until midnight, giving you ample time to celebrate with loved ones.
Our banquet team handles all setup and teardown of hotel furniture and room layout. Our events manager will guide you through popular configurations, including a head table and 6’ round dining tables with banquet chairs. Each table is dressed in white linen and set with tableware, flatware, glassware, and white napkins.
Please note: additional décor and design enhancements are not included, allowing you the freedom to personalize the space to your unique vision.

Outdoor Ceremony & Cocktail Reception
The Den Lakeside Patio
Positioned
lakeside above the Whistler Valley Trail with unobstructed views of the areas surrounding Nita Lake it’s the ultimate outdoor space for wedding ceremonies followed by a hosted cocktail reception prior to moving indoors for dinner in The Den Restaurant. Ceremony seating capacity is 50 guests with additional guests standing. The setup and teardown of ceremony chairs and cocktail reception hotel furniture included. Event end time is 10pm outdoors.

The Den Lakeside Restaurant
TheDen Lakeside Restaurant allows guests to experience our chefs in action with its open kitchen concept while savouring one of Whistler’s spectacular views. The space is inspired by nature. The décor features an abundance of greenery, plants, and textures. Our events manager will recommend popular room layouts accommodating up to 60 guests with existing restaurant linen-less tables and chairs. Live entertainment and dancing not permitted. Event end time is 11pm indoors.

The Train Station
Designed for smaller celebrations, the Bespoke Package offers exclusive use of our charming Train Station venue. Naturally lit and featuring hardwood floors and soft, neutral tones, this space provides a warm and private setting that reflects your unique style.
Ideal for weddings with DJ or live entertainment, the Train Station allows for dancing and celebration until midnight. A dinner buffet service is recommended to complement the relaxed and elegant atmosphere.
