JANUARY: Republic Day celebrations Celebrated the Republic Day and also introduced AID to new students (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-tkiDf6ZFD4)
JUNE: Voices from the grassroots- Talk by Pankti Jog The event at UB was enthralling and intellectually stimulating. More than 30 members from Indian community at Buffalo including Hindu Cultural Society, students and faculty from UB joined the event. It was a very interactive session with appreciation for Pankti’s work.
JULY: One day at Alden Farms AID Buffalo volunteered at the Alden Farms to help with and learn more about farming practices. Alden farms are a part of ‘Community Supported Agriculture’ groups

AUGUST: Independence Day tabling event Tabled at the Indian Association at Buffalo’s Independence Day Celebrations
SEPTEMBER: Furniture Drive Conducted a furniture drive to help fellow Indian students with few essential and non-essential items. The items were donated by members of Indian Association of Buffalo. In all close to 40 students from benefitted by this drive.

OCTOBER: Volunteering with Jericho Road Ministries at Loretto Center for BundleUp BuffaloWinterwear Distribution Volunteered alongside Jericho Road in handing out winter-wear to refugees in the vicinity.
NOVEMBER: Post cards for Solidarity!! Stand up for Soni Sori- Signature Campaign Conducted a tabling event for Soni Sori Post Card campaign where in students dropped by and signed the postcard of Solidarity. The event was an eye-opener for many students about SoniSori and in particular about work done by AID in campaigns
