As chairman of Niseko Alpine Developments CO LTD, Jonathan has been on the front line of many of the village's high-end developments with several winning awards in the world ski awards. With over 20 years of experience in all aspects of real estate, including development, sales and management both in Australia and Japan, his experience is invaluable to any purchase decision.

Taiji Hashizume

Certified Japanese Real Estate Licensee, Taiji is a true Niseko local and is a crucial part of the Nisade team. With extraordinary skills in ensuring compliance and buyer protection. He brings a wealth of knowledge to the Nisade team. His role involves checking property specifications to ensure what vendors represent matches council records, and to making sure any risks are identified and investigated.

Kent Prior

This will be Kent’s eighth year with Nisade Real Estate and 15 years living in Niskeo. Kent has an excellent reputation amongst our clientele for real estate transactions. His knowledge of the market whether it be for investment, lifestyle or development is an invaluable asset to have. Niseko has seen huge growth over the past ten years and Kent has witnessed it all, he believes the next ten years will be bigger than the last.

Gareth Evans

Gareth first visited Niseko nearly 20 years ago – the draw of Hokkaido’s winters and summers pulled him back on countless occasions. Although he still loves Niseko and neighbouring Rusutsu, he is keen to be on the ground in Central Hokkaido so for the last four years Gareth has based himself in Furano, which we see as a strong growth area. Coming from a hospitality background, he is able to understand property investments from various sides.

Riko Taylor

Riko was born and bred in Tokyo and with her background in equity sales trading& compliance at multinational financial corporations she is well versed in making financial & investment decisions. Riko has also lived in the US, New Zealand and Indonesia and is a great asset to make sure you are confident in the details of purchasing your dream home in Niseko.

Matt Taylor

Originally from New Zealand, Matt first came to Japan more than 20 years ago and has been working in sales & advertising here and also across South East Asia including Indonesia, Taiwan, Vietnam and the Philippines. Matt has a wide knowledge of the Asian market and the needs of clients in the region.

Andres Sarmiento

Hailing from Colombia, Andres has been living in Niseko for the past 8 years, working for Nisade in all aspects of the business, from hospitality to operations and now real estate operations.
