Jonathan Martin

CHAIRMAN

BACHELOR OF BUSINESS CHARLES STURT UNIVERSITY

With over 17 years of experience, Jonathan has an extensive knowledge and skill base in Development Management. These skills were honed managing money of high net worth individuals in property development across industrial, commercial and residential development. As founding shareholder of an Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC) licensed Funds Manager at Quantum Syndicate Management Ltd. Jonathan experienced the entire development mandate, from site identification, project financing, and due diligence through to project management, construction, and sales. Having developed circa USD 450M in residential property and projects, he is well versed in the processes and key competencies that ensure project success. Leaving Quantum, Jonathan’s vision was to focus on sustainable property investment in alpine environments throughout the world.

Hsinyao Hsu

DOCTOR OF ENGINEERING IN THE FIELD OF ARCHITECTURE THE UNIVERSITY OF TOKYO JAPAN

Hsinyao is a trilingual (Japanese, English, Mandarin), highly experienced and fully qualified First-class Architect based in Japan. He has been working on projects of different types and scales ranging from shared workspace design, F&B design to office buildings, commercial buildings and TOD development. With his experience in design, project management and construction management, he is no doubt the best partner for the clients in leading development projects to success.

Kunihiro Kondo

PROJECT MANAGER

BACHELOR OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY MURORAN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, JAPAN

Kunihiro brings discipline of engineering background to projects. Experience in building management systems and specific local nuances ensures design is practical and functional from inception. Born in Japan working across a number of industries, Kunihiro and his young family are long term Niseko residents.

Glenn Lleno

Glenn has over 16 years of industry experience in architecture and project management, including 4 years working on projects in an alpine environment. With a strong foundation in architecture and design, Glenn approaches projects with discipline and professionalism, ensuring projects are successful by applying his academic knowledge, expertise, skills and enthusiasm.

Ko Kikuchi

Ko comes to us with diverse career experience, including industry experience working in an architectural firm, and is fully bilingual in Japanese and English. With her strong communication skills and experience, Ko discovers the client's true needs and delivers the requirements in adding real value.

Team Nisade Staff

The long-term staff of NISADE are experienced and have honed their skills within the company. With 40 full time staff the company is able to leverage all these skills on demand into projects. Our staff are qualified accountants, engineers, marketing specialist and administrators. Most are bilingual, tertiary educated and love Niseko with a passion. They believe in its future.
