This is the official booklet about Puebla, here you will find all the information about our state, a state of incredible diversity and charm. Our geographical variety, our history, and adventure, our people and culture have fascinated the world.

Between valleys and mountains, the landscape poblano stands proud and happy, allowing all guests to delight in a thousand ways. estled in the heart of Mexico and under the imposing presence of the Popocatepetl and Iztaccihuatl volcanoes, Puebla opens its doors and boasts its visitors his title of World Heritage Site by UNESCO since 1987. CHIGNAHUAPAN Is colorful and full of charm, as if the whole town were a canvas; houses, temples and gardens are painted in the most cheerful palette of Mexico. Christmas glowing orbs light up the streets from each store

CHOLULA

Prehispanic sanctuaries, Moorish arches, Baroque domes, convents fortress and inexhaustible creativity indigenous live in the spiritual and artistic explosion.

ATLIXCO The city of flowers, on the slopes of the volcano, governing medicinal springs, spas, gorges and spectacular views of the volcano fumaroles.

Cuetzalan, between valleys of fertile terraces, forests of giant ferns inhabited by fantastic creatures, idyllic trails leading to waterfalls, caves that plunge into the underworld and pools of incredibly clear water.

uebla’s cuisine is varied and share with other Mexican cuisines crossbreeding of indigenous elements, Spanish and Asian product of history. In the city of Puebla is possible to find plenty of dishes, from appetizers such as boats, cemitas, tortas, tamales of different styles; to international cuisine, sweets and drinks.

The poblano dish par excellence, chiles in walnut sauce are typical of Mexican cuisine, specifically the city of Puebla, but also have been considered internationally as one of the finest and representative of haute cuisine.
