General Information METHOD OF SALE: All payments are to be made in £ pounds sterling. Payment will be due in full at the final bid in respect of the Lot sold plus all associated costs, buyer’s premium, Including VAT (value added tax) if applicable. Semen: Each Lot will be sold in pound Sterling (£) (plus Vat) and a buyers premium of 5% (plus Vat if applicable). All lots will be sold per Dose/Straw, and no Lots will be split. Embryos: Each Lot will be sold in pounds sterling (£) and a buyers’ premium of 5% (plus Vat if applicable) will be added to the bid price. All lots will be sold per Embryo, and no Lots will be split. The following methods of payment are accepted: I. Debit card II. Business Credit card only but will incur a surcharge of 2% III. Direct bank transfer IV. No Cash or Cheque COMMISSIONS: The Auctioneers will dutifully execute commissions to purchase for buyers upon receipt of written instructions. A Vendor Commission of 5% (plus VAT) will be chargeable. SETTLEMENT OF STOCK: The Purchaser must be registered with H&H Ltd prior to bidding (preregistered) and pay for all Lot(s) purchased immediately at the close of sale. No Lot or Lots shall be moved/transferred until payment has been received. The liability will remain with the vendor until the purchaser receives the Lot(s), at this point title of the goods will be transferred to them. TRANSFERS: Transfers will be dealt with between Vendor and Purchaser, with the Purchaser being liable for any Transfer Fees.
